Why should gym be mandatory?

Why did i was not able to gym properly today?

  • I have just started exercising in gym week ago. I joined last Tuesday. I was regular to gym from. Tuesday to Sunday. Monday Gym is closed. Today i was not able to exercise properly . Had vomiting and acidic feeling When i went to gym today i was able to do treadmill only for 10 mins against 15 mins which i usually do. Cycling 5 mins against 10 mins and walker 5 mins against 10 mins. I could not do any other exercise I woke up in morning .Had two slices of bread and tea. Then went to gym after 15 mins. Please advise if this is normal.What went wrong?

    Your Body is dehydrated first thing in the morning, u have no Glucegen(sugar energy) in ur muscles. did u experience dizzyness the feeling of passing out? you need more food to eat in the morning
