If you're under 18, your not a citizen and your legal guardians leave the country, what happens to you?
-
A 16 year old is living in a country, currently with her legal guardians. In this country a 16 year old is allowed to leave home provided they are living with a responsible adult over 18, and the environment is safe. The police can't do anything, and neither can the legal guardians. They may still be responsible for her, but they have no rights as to where she lives now. The 16 year old is not a citizen in this country. She is a citizen to a country that is "close" with that country, and there's no strict laws about immigration and whatnot, between these two countries. She is in the country under her legal guardian's VISA (well i assume so anyway). So what i really want to know, if the legal guardians leave the country, what happens to the 16 year old? Does she have to leave too, as she can't get a VISA? Or can she stay in the country, provided she is living with a citizen? Can the legal guardians force her to leave the country, even though they can't force her to live at home? Any answers or websites would be so helpful and very appreciated. Anything at all! I've tried researching this, and i've found nothing. (Sorry if wrong category, i really don't know what this would go under).

How do you want readers to answer you if you do not put the name of the countries.
