Why is acne so hard to get rid of?

Why cant i get rid of my acne scar/marks!?!?! >:(?

• straight up answer , and dont get off topic by saying deal with it. im 100% sure about everything. so i just turn 22. i have had bad acne since 7th grade and have never really got rid of it. i tried almost every know treatment mankind has know. im 1/2 vietnamese and chinese. i notice kids my age who never sleep or eat as good as me but they have good or better skin than me. i think and belive it has to do with my stress. i get depress and stress very easily and read that has a big impact on ance. now i dont get acne no more just red face and red acne scars. i think i might even have acne rosacea. i cant go to the doctor because i dont have money( lets just say i lost over $10000 due to untrustful people/family members). i remember when i was in navy bootcamp, i almost literally had no acne or redness(thats weird caz i would get like 4-6 hr a sleep each night, and i would eat box food and eat cereal and drink sugar juice and soda during meal times and when i had to exercise i wouldnt be able to shower or wash my face for like 1 hr, thats when i was in the navy and i was stress and bore as phuk in bootcamp) so can anyone please tell me if you have my situation and how to get rid of it. and if you say proactive im going to eat you cat. shining my pencil has nothing to do with acne either, already read that. yes i change my pillow case everyday and wash my face erry day. yes i get 7-8hr sleep a day. yes i drink 7-9 glass of water a day. no, i eat junk food like 2-3 times a week(most keeps tat a day) i dont know if genetics has anything to do wit it. i never meet my day so idk and my mom is in vietnam and i cant talk to her caz idk vietnamese. please help me i want a gf so bad im sick or sleep alone. my family and some girs at my work are always saying why dont you have a gf when you are so cute/handsome. well i tell them caz my face looks like the US flag(some days my redness is ok but most days its bad) ty for ur time
