Losing weight but feeling so weak, how to stay energetic and loose weight the healthy way?

I'm an eggitarian but i've cut on calories and carbs like almost 100% on daily diet. My current diet is just fat free vegetables and whole grain cereals and protein rich lentils, I've stopped taking direct milk intake and sometimes take double toned fat free milk, But i'm losing weight too fast and feeling so weak that i can barely move my body....Whats the problem....?

The problem is calories. You have too little of them. And also carbs, they are the primary energy souce for body. If you don't ate any you will obviously feel week. Increase your calorie and carb intake and everything will be good. I would suggest you to increase exercise (if you even do exercise) intensity and amount rather than decreasing cals and carbs. Then you will feel way better.

You're probably not eating enough! You should be eating between 1500-2000 calories, depending on your size. Just up your calorie intake a tiny bit, see if it helps. You may also be dehydrated; make sure you drink 8-10 glasses or about 4-5+ bottles of water a day, especially if you exercise.

You're having much too less calories. Your body needs a certain amount (the minimum your intake should be is 1200 calories), and since you're not getting that amount, your body is taking the muscle and fat away from your body and burning it so it can survive/sustain. If you keep going down this road, soon you wouldn't be able to walk, and you'll feel fatigue and dizzy half the time. Your organs will most likely shut down too if you're not getting enough calories for a long period of time.
