How to cure stuffy/runny nose?

Go to Walmart, and buy a Neti Pot. You can find it where you would fine saline solution. It will help get rid of the runny nose and stuffiness. Be sure to read all instructions though. A Neti Pot will definitely do the trick & fast. :)

I used to irrigate my sinuses daily with something like a netipot. I also made a major mistake and irrigated my frontal sinuses (forehead.) I was trying to stop my chronic sinus infections (along with antihistamines, etc.) All I did was infect my frontal sinuses which are very bony and they were chronically infected for about four years. A safer way to irrigate is to buy a sterile saline mist can. It has a short tube that fits in your nostril with a button. You can buy it at your local pharmacy-it is like a spray can. You keep your head upright and you can moisturize your nasal passages without pouring gobs of water up there. I would also recommend that you sleep with your upper body propped up at an angle, this assists in drainage. Also, pseudophed (the real one,) or benedryl can dry up your sinuses before bed. Just drink plenty of water so you aren't too dried out. Best of Luck
