What is the minimum wage in Florida?

I was paid less than the Florida minimum wage for four months, am I owed money?

  • I work about 20-25 hours a week part time at a restaurant, since January 2012, and I was paid $4.29 an hour up until May. My pay just increased for the last paycheck from $4.29 to $4.65 (which is the minimum wage for TIPPED employees in Florida).
