Whats wrong with sprint?i still have not yet received my bill?they keep telling me stuff and its lies?help?

i just signed up with sprint.i got the IPhone which is great but everytime i call into sprint and ask were and when im gonna receive my bill they automatically enroll me in EBilling which i never ask to enroll.i prefer to get my bill through the mail..i prefer paper bills..when i call sprint they tell me to dont worry about it that they send me a new bill and i never get that bill..matter fact i have not yet to receive my bill.my first bill...when i call into customer care they are nice but they dont listen to what i have to say..
