I lost my Jury Summonds in Houston, Texas?

I recieved a jury summonds two-three weeks ago and I realized that I missed placed it and have searched through trash, pile of papers, and random spots. It is no where in sight. Well I keep checking the website and there was nothing on it. So i tried calling them and the voicemail lady was of no help. So i have came to my last resort because i tried google and it didn't help. If you know what or who I can contact to get a new one sent or to find out where i go. I would love a email or phone number because this is driving me crazy and i need a new one sent to me I live in houston texas so you know due to it might be different in each state. Please and Thank you i really need help I am like freaking out.
