How to use my old netflix account on wii?

my uncle is a mean guy but he lets me use his netflix account but after 3 or 4 months of not using netflix on my wii it comes to the log in screen i dont know my uncles email password or anything but just his name...so how do i use his netflix again

You can't. There's no way to get the memory of the email+password back again, unless you ask your uncle himself. Sorry :(
