How do you put funds from a credit card to paypal, for Ebay?

EBay funds question, help?

  • You know how it says the quickest way to get your funds, print the labels, blah blah blah.. Okay. I uploaded tracking information. It says funds will be available 3 days after confirmed delivery. Does that mean I will only have 3 days to get my funds once delivered, or once the package is delivered I wait 3 days, and then I have as much time needed to get my funds? Also, while I'm talking about eBay, I have another question. You know how they charge you 10 cents to put a listing on. Where do those ten cents come from? PayPal? The profit you make? I don't think I was asked for a credit card.

  • Answer:

Three days after, (more or less really), they release your money. It will sit in your PayPal account until you decide to do something with it. My brother has a little over three dollars sitting in his account that's been there for two years. When you get paid PayPal takes their share instantly. eBay sends an invoice once a month that must be paid separately. You can pay it with your PayPal account, send in a paper check, post a credit card, or link a checking account. The account is due when it's due, not three weeks later. Fail to pay on time and your account will be restricted. eBay also allows you to 'make a one time payment' for any amount you wish. Some people will pay ten bucks without owing anything just so they can use it up later as they sell things.
