It's really difficult to practise by yourself. You should try to get a friend or the QB on your team to go to the park and throw for you. Putting in the hours of practicing catching on the run with the diamond is really all that matters.

you have got it basically just keep practicing and remember Catch With Your Finger Tips not your palm that way it wont bounce right off. thats the key
