Wireless internet won't work on my ipod touch?

My pc connects to wifi and shows full bars but internet doesnt work and also my ipod touch wont connect it.?

Today i arrived home to find that i could not connect my itouch to my wifi... So i grabbed my laptop and i was able to connect to my wifi (it showed full bars), but i opened up my browser to realize i couldn't load any page except for google and i couldn't even make searches. So i went to my wifi router thingy and connected through Ethernet cable (i have netgear wifi modem) and the internet worked perfectly. Also i dont know if this helps but one of the lights in my netgear wifi box which is below the light that shows wifi is active is a similar symbol except it has a lock in it... SO YEA IF U CAN HELP ME I WILL BRUSH YOUR MUSTACHE WITH MY DRAGON PLZZZZ i need help
