Why do photos fail to upload on e-bay?

Do I really need to buy stock photos?

• I intend on opening an e-commerce website that will sell DVD of series and movies from East Asia. Currently I'm having a hard time understanding what I should do about stock photos. I don't buy the DVDs for the website from the official suppliers, but from discount shops across East Asia and each country has many different suppliers to begin with so I can't buy stock photos from one source anyway. My question is: do I need to pay for stock photos anyway? There are two reasons why I think I might be able to just use stock photos from other sites (or just form a net search). The first is that I already purchased the DVDs, so in fact I have already paid for them. This leads me to believe that I have to full right to sell them with their stock photo intact, as I am not selling the products firsthand (they are completely new but I bought them once). The second reason is that the net is filled with website who doesn't pay for stock photos, including eBay and YouTube. When someone sells a product on eBay and uses the stock photo from Amazon on his/her product detail page, does he pay for the stock photo? I think not. The same can be said for people who upload a photo of the album cover to Youtube when they create a video. So what am I supposed to think of that. When is it legal to use a stock photo without paying for it? Also, if a company publish photos of its products on the company website are these considered royal-free stock photos?

  i put it very simple way u dont need to buy stock photos just use ur photo shop skill to remove water mark then its legal
