How to paint a airsoft gun?

Can i paint my Airsoft gun with regular paint?

• i don't have spray paint i just have paint, to paint like a white piece of paper but its not watercolor just regular Crayola paint. I was wondering if i could use that instead of spray paint.

  nope. regular paint will not bond to plastic. you must use spray paint. why not spray paint? it's available in any hardware store and there's cans available for less than $5 a can. a single can can paint an entire gun. spray paint is easy to use too, although I recommend practice first. it's not the spraying part, it's the application. many thin coats is best instead of one heavy coat. each coat should only be a light dusting of color, so light it dries nearly instantly. you can apply a thick application of paint with any thin coats about 30-60 seconds apart, then allowing it to fully dry for 24 hours before use.
