What is the best dedicated server provider?

Me and my friends would like to start our own proxy website and we would like to use dedicated servers (we will split the cost) we need a dedicated server provider that can manage the servers for us (we are not programmers) the cool proxy site hidemyass.com uses webnx.com we want a dedicated server provider that will manage our servers for us. Also we want the servers to be low cost and be able to choose the data center that it is hosted in.

The best dedicated provider i know about is host-stage. Prices are quite inexpensive ! And you can choose between 2 locations in 2 datacenters apparently. You could also go for a VPS to start with. Their servers are fully managed and they will take care of every hosting aspect for you. But when you say that you aren't a programmer, you didn't mean that they will code the website for you, did you ? In that case you would more looking for a web agency rather than a dedicated server provider :).
