On My Pc I Have all of My Contacts but on My Xbox all My Comtacts are GONE and I don't know to fix it.

Try going to friends list and hitting "Y" I believe....Or scroll to the very bottom of list and there may be a show Messenger contacts. It is in the friend list somewhere.
