What's a really nice recipe for shrimp Alfredo?

Seafood Alfredo question please? 10 pnts.?

• I'm making Olive Garden's seafood Alfredo tonight. I have the alfredo sauce recipe already; but I kind of wanted to change it up a big. What about the noodles that are already filled with cheese or something? would that be good? and I wanted to do Shrimp and Scallops but my family doesn't like scallops. Whats a good alternative? and last thing.. I need an really good Italian appetizer! Any other ideas are VERY helpful. 10 points!

  I make tortellini and ravioli alfredo all the time, stuffed pasta's work nicely Nothing really is a direct replacement for a scallop, I would just stick with shrimp. I would use a touch of hot sausage personally Check out a recipe for escarole and Beans, its a great italian starter and very easy to make.
