Are there any decent PSP or PS2 emulators out there?

The Best Xbox,Wii,PsP and Ps2 emulators?

This emulator must run games well, no crashes and most of all, Be operational. No flaming by saying "Buy one" "Buy one" excetera excetera.. Any help is very appreciated. Thanks
