Happiness is not only accepting what is but embracing it. The moment you judge anything as unworthy you will lose happiness every time you see it. Life is like a landscape nice and sunny until you cloud it up with negative emotions or when you think there is some where better than where you are.

I think happiness is not question of things, material stuff, to me is a wrong perspective of happiness. I think maybe is more like a state of peace, to me happiness is peace, silence, quietness, calmness, I don't know... there's a lot of words, but basically is that. :)
