Why is business communication so important?

Why is Germany so Painfully slow with communication and hard to do Business with?

  • I do Business regularly internationally with many different countries... All over Asia, Europe, Africa... One thing that really bugs me though is it seems the German's, unlike any other country in the world, probably are the slowest, worst people to do business with.. I hate to Stereotype... But Emails to Germany typically take several days to get responses from, telephone calls are always rushed , rude and impolite.. I'im well aware they are several hours in front of US time.. They dispatch emails late into their afternoon making it impossible most times to respond fast enough before they leave.. , they are painfully slow at exporting goods, answering questions, and if something goes wrong, it takes months to correct.. Most German distributors act like their company policies dont seem to matter or they are even bothered by following them.. The country has more holidays and off work days than other other country in the world... I just don't understand the Germans.. I'm well aware that German's take pride in their products, and usually their goods are excellent.. It's not all of Europe , it's only inside Germany. Why is this? What's with this laid back attitude about them?
