Where To Buy Wholesale Candle Making Materials In The Philippines?

Im wanting to start making headbands but Im not 100% sure what materials I need and where to buy them?

I want to start making headbands I know I need items like craft glue, flowers, fabric, already made headbands such as plastic ones, some felt and other little niknaks, but I've been trying to search on google to find a place in Aus that sells them but cant find a place, anyone know of any websites??

I'm a vendor, selling flowers (example my hair) for hair, and pins. I also have headbands, and beanie caps. I made the flowers out of fabric scraps & buttons, to raise money for breast cancer anything PINK 100% goes to them. I live in USA, I have no idea about the craft stores in Aus. If you give me an advance - I don't use Paypal, I got screwed took 3 years for my credit - I'll shop for you & send them to you.
