My confirmation email for Facebook mobile notifications isn't sending me the confirmation code?

I decided to try out facebook mobile notifications. I put where I lived, and my phone company sent multiple texts that i was supposed to try to the number they gave me and nothing back. Any ideas on what to do? Or should i just give up.
