Add fund Liberty Reserve - alertpay alternative?

I wan tot add funds to my liberty reserve account, and to do that I need to use an exchanger. I made an alertpay account, but I can't add my credit card so I sent them an e-mail with my problem, I tried to call them but no response. I'm on hold because I don't find any alternative, I don't find any pages like paypal or alertpay. Is there any alternatives? What about PayPay or Google Checkout? Also, I want to can: 1. Transfer account to another account 2. To can withdraw money to my credit card
