Is Cetaphil good for facial eczema?

Need help with facial eczema!?

  • So I'm 20 years old and I'm studying full time at uni and have just had yet another outbreak of eczema all over my face. I'm pretty sure stress maybe causing this? Although I'm unsure wether stress causes eczema? I have tryed a range of things such as steroid creams, cetaphil, coconut oil and am now trying drinking as much water as possible. I'm now desperate for advice on how to fix this since I study Dance and have many performances coming up soon and I'm so embarissed about how I look. If you have any tips or previous experience with how to help this please help!! Thankyou so much in advance!

  • Answer:

hey i have quite the same problem, i get eczema on my face and it just wont go away! i found putting steroid creams on the eczema helped but my doctor suggested i dont use steroids on my face. So what i do now, to keep it almost unnoticable, just apply a good pretty thick layer of moisturizer that is for sensitive skin (i use QV or caroline cream) before you go to sleep and the eczema is usually better by morning, i also use garnier bb cream foundation, it keeps my face moisturized during the day and most people cant even tell i have a skin problem :) i still havent found a way of getting rid of it completely but i hope this helps!
