Is it possible to major in computer science and management of infosystems and minor in computer programming?

My college doesn't offer a computer science course..so computer programming or computer information technology?

The college I am attending does not offer an AS in computer science, only computer programming and computer information and technology. So I was wondering which of these I should choose, either because they are more similar to computer science or just overall a better career to pursue?
