How to download the adobe flash player for Facebook?

everytime i try to watch a video on fb, the box comes up saying to download the new flash player, but button that's suppose to do that doesn't work for me. how can i download it because i've looked on the adobe website and can't find it. a link would be nice if you know the site to download it from
