Why can I access my website normally but some users can't?

I cant access a website from home! HELPP!!?

Hey if someone could help me I'd greatly appreciate it. There is a website that I cannot access from home. It just says could not find this website. But the website is up!! So it's just me. I went to it from a friend's house even. Now I tried clearing internet history, cache, etc. I tried restarting my computer. I tried pulling the plug out my router and putting it back in. Still, nothing! I also used command prompt so i could find the ip of the website first. I used the "tracert" command but it returned the following: unable to resolve target system name i used a free online proxy server and i could reach the website but not everything loads (the important stuff doesnt load). I even tried (which probably had no point to) taking the address of the website i was going to through the proxy server in the command prompt but same output!! HELPPPPP!!!! thanks in advance!

did you try a different internet browser? For example if your using internet exploerer try using firefox
