Excessive sweating! help me?

I need help with excessive sweating!?

  • I sweat a lot! Unfortunately I live in one of the hottest areas of the country, so I deal with this problem about 9 months of the year. The only solutions I've been able to find deal with prescription deodorants and what not. My deodorant works fine, though. the problem is sweating in other areas, my face, my shins, my stomach, etc. I can't rub deodorant all over my body. I do put it on the bottom of my feet and it works wonders! Does anyone have suggestions on how to help reduce the sweating, I'm not concerned about an odor(at least I don't think I should be, no one has ever said anything and let's just say my family is quick to point out flaws). FYI: This has been a lifelong issue(I'm 30) and it seems to run in my family, I have an aunt and 2 cousins who have the same issue. Avoiding the heat is not an option either, unless I quit my job, get rid of my dog and become a hermit. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

    In your case prescription deodorants seems like the best bet. But if not you could carry cold water with you and/or a small rag to wipe the sweat off.

I do suffer from the same thing myself, and yes have had serious body odor due to this issue. Using hiblicles to wash ur underarms when u shower, drinking chloropyll liquid every morning, using under arm deodorant such as arm and hammer, and also using medicated powder for your genital area every day sure does curb this body odor, but not excessive sweating. Go to amazon .com to read reviews about hibilcens and how to use it, before u decide to use it. Not a seller, but that's the place i got it from.
