How long do 'Crusty Demons' shows normally last?

Why do Christians and religious folks believe the evidence in the bible shows god to exist without a doubt,?

  • When the only evidence in the bible may show some of the bible's geography maybe true? and some psychic ability was also around in biblical times. If you can show me what evidence in the bible shows without a doubt that there is a supernatural world with angels, demons, and a creator please by all means do so. Otherwise your evidence is only something which you would like to believe is true, but have absolutely no evidence other than your having faith that it is true. Why do you folks continue to use faith as proof of god? How many of you have already been dead for at least 3 days and then came back to life while seeing this afterlife and god while you were dead?

    The only way primitive religion exists today is through the child abuse of forcing it into very, very young children but thanks to better education and growing intellects so many teens are able to discover the truth, throw off the indoctrination and step into the real world! Acceptance of a supernatural claim tends to promote cooperative social relationships. This communication demonstrates a willingness to accept, without skepticism, the influence of the speaker in a way similar to a child's acceptance of the influence of a parent. By encouraging this kind of behavior where the most intense social relationships occur it facilitates the lack of skepticism and deters more open minded thinking. They are christian, Muslim or the other religions depending where they were born simply because they were indoctrinated by their parents as very young children. They will go on to indoctrinate their own children and those will go on to indoctrinate their grandchildren! Atheists have the intellect to see through the conditioning and escape into the real world! Agnostics have the intellect to see through the conditioning but lack the courage to throw of the conditioning entirely. Sadly Christians, muslims and others are still held firmly prisoner by the self perpetuating brainwashing!

They are only hoping. But their hope is so fervent that it becomes a kind of imaginary knowledge. Most of them have convinced themselves it's more than hope. And having nearby a lot of people with the same hope makes it all the more certain for them. It's rather magical perhaps. .

They do not need evidence of its truth beyond the number of believers that exist in the world. If everyone around you is convinced that the world is flat then you will probably believe it too. The more outrageous and outlandish something is the more blindly it must be "believed".

"If you can show me what evidence in the bible shows without a doubt"..... The choice you have made will not serve you well, but you will learn a great deal in the sea of doubt. The truth is "in" the Bible, but it is up to each individual to find it. Once you find even a little bit of truth in it, you will inevitably need more. That is just the way it is. One day just start with the New Testament. But for now it is not my job to show anyone anything, such as evidence in the Bible.

Where did you get the idea that the only evidence is in the bible?

First, in falsely believing that only Christianity and the Bible are true, Christians have rejected a great deal of evidence if not proof. Second, you seem to be unaware of the large number of people who can be classified as "religious folks" yet who do not accept the Bible. I claim that there is evidence that goes beyond what you recognize. If you know that your statement is true, then you should be able to show me where my claim is false. Otherwise, you are making assumptions. It seems to me perhaps the major difference between myself and others, both Atheists and believers, is that I am very uncomfortable with making and/or accepting mere assumptions.

The prophecies of the Bible are quite persuasive. Have you studied them? If you want to really disprove God, Christians, or the Bible, I would recommend that you start by looking into some of the prophecies. It's pretty amazing that the Bible would be able to foretell events that were hundreds of years into the future.
