Walmart return/exchange policy?

The Difference between Best Buy and Walmart policy?

I've bought an ipod in the past in Best Buy with an extended warranty and they let me change it for a new one for no reason; recently they made the "Buy Back program" and wanted to know if that changes the policy it had before. Also, i was considering to buy an ipod touch from walmart but i wanted to know if i bought the extended warranty if its the same as Best Buys policy. because when i bought an ipod from Target with an extended warranty, they don't change anything!!! So i was wondering if Walmarts policy is like Targets or Best Buys? and if best buys policy changed. thanks +10 points for whoever helps the most :)

best buy is absolutely better when it comes to service they will buy back anything and fix anything you buy from them ; Walmart not so much they wont really fix that well and i dont think they buy back anything just return ?
