Camera comparable to Flip Mino HD?

I got the original Flip Ultra a few years ago. Now that Flip cameras have been discontinued, I'm looking for a camera comparable to the Flip Mino HD. I'm looking for something that's under $200, shoots HD quality video and good audio (the Flip Ultra was eh on the audio side). Any suggestions?

Kodak Zi6 is in that price range, and it offers external mic input if you need better audio.
