Acting Question?

Question on Voice Acting (more specificly FUNimation)?

• I'm currently only 16 so I'm not asking to become a voice actor now. But when I graduate I plan on attending a collage near Dallas Texas. Also near the amazing FUNimation. I know that voice acting is not only diffuclt to get into and more. But acting is something I love beond a million and doing it for anime would be dream come true. I already have acting experiance from school plays, community theator, and contless church events. I'm a pastors kid so I get "volentered" for alot of things including plays, skits, puppets, and more. That's how i desided voice acting was for me. When I was voicing a puppet (and I do know that there is still matching flaps) and I realizd just how much I enjoyed acting with my voice. I'm not stage fright by anymeans and I have long experiance with singing and vocals (although I don't take lessons) and have quite a large range. Even when I read books or manga I voice the characters to myself and make unique voices for each one along with emotions. So now that you know a small fraction about me here are my questions. 1. How long dose it take to get an opertunity to audition to voice act for FUNimation? 2. How could I prep myself for voice acting that I don't do already (and is also relitivly cheap)? 3. If FUNimation excepts you how often can you expect to get work or the chance to audition? 4. Anything else you would like to say? Thanks!!! If you are a voice actor or proffecional actor please say so. Also please note I have a lot of determanation and don't back down from my goals easy. I would apperisate if you save your breath and not say things such as "give up" or "it'll never happen". Thanks to everyone who answers this.
