Summer camp? Help packing? Don't know what to bring?
-
Ok first of all let me apologize for this being so long :) And second, I know this don't belong in womens health but posted it elsewhere and didn't get any responses. It's posted here because I know there are a lot of active people on in this catagory. I'm going to camp this summer it's from a Sunday to a Monday (June 24-29). It's an overnight camp. I need to know what to bring, lIke clothes and such and how much of it (ex. How many shirts, pjs, undies... Etc). And like what kind of clothes. How many shoes or sandals, flip flops, you know. And like how many of the necessities: deodorant, towels, swim suits, brush, shampoo, etc. And I am positive that I am going to have my period then. My flow is usually 4-5 days, and it's light. How many tampons pads and panty liners to bring? I only wear tampons while swimming(which is twice a day. We go swimming before lunch and before we go to bed.). And what kind of tampons too? I'm a newbie at tampons. How often do i change my tampons and pads at camp? How many do I bring? Anything else I should know about camp? Btw I went last year and we get to sleep in cabins with fully furnished bathrooms(sink tub shower and toilet) and with heating. We each have our own bed to sleep in. It's an all girls camp, ages 8-14(I'm 14). And we have to wake ourselves up at 7 every morning too so how will I do that? No phones or electronics allowed. Thanks in advance. 10 pts to best answer.
