I live in England, United Kingdom and I want to order some products from a US website called: www.iHerb.com I want to order: http://www.iherb.com/Alba-Botanica-Natural-Acne-Dote-Face-Body-Scrub-Oil-Free-8-oz-227-g/41285 and http://www.iherb.com/Aztec-Secret-Indian-Healing-Clay-1-lb-454-g/29363 On the Shopping Cart page. They do ship to Great Britain. It says underneath that International Airmail is the favorite shipping method for our UK customers. On a different page on the website it says (http://www.iherb.com/info/shipping/International#iqs): We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. How do I know if I can order these products/items. Will they be allowed in Great Britain. I don't know much about customs. What if the parcel does get stopped at customs and they won't let it continue on. Do I get my money back? Any ideas? Thanks!

Answer:
If it's rejected by customs you do not get your money back. I cannot see any reason why these two products would be rejected.

Check out this website: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/customs/banned-restricted.htm it's a list produced by the government of what goods are banned or restricted in the UK. Check to see if the items are on there. As to if they are stopped at customs and seized, no you will not get your money back, as it is up to you the customer to check whether or not the goods are allowed to be imported into this country.

Well i live in Canada so I'm not familiar with the term customs office but im 90% sure its basicly a post office(correct me if I'm wrong) If i were you i would print out the pages and bring them to the customs office and ask them if those products are allowed to be ship to Great Britain
