Where can I download brushes for the GIMP?

I can't download GIMP brushes?

I wanted to download some brushes from deviantart, but my computer shows an error. here's what I see "Windows cannot open this file. File: SS-hearts.abr To open this file, Windows needs to know what program you want to use to open it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of programs that are installed on your computer." Then it lets me select from the two options..
Answer:

You already downloaded the file, now you need to install it in GIMP. You don't open the file in Windows. You need to copy and paste the abr file into your GIMP brushes directory. Right click the file, choose copy. Then go to C:\Users\YourUserName\.gimp-2.8\brushes then hit CTRL+V to paste the abr in there. Then restart GIMP. Then you will have new brushes. Note: if you use an older version of GIMP the .gimp-2.8 folder will have a different name - .gimp-2.6
