• so my friend had a problem. She has an essay draft due tomorrow when she had the whole weekend to do it, and of all things, she wanted to drive 30 minutes to my house to use my "internet" I told her she cant because my mom and i are going out (MOTHERS DAY!) me: what's wrong? her: i need to watch v for vendetta for my draft and i have **** internet me: then go to the library and bring headphones im pretty sure you can find that movie on netflix its a pretty popular movie her: netflix doesnt have it i cant come to ur house? or ur apartment? library is slow too me: today is mothers day my mom and i are going out her: oh. me: go rent it her: idk where i called u and u ignore me me: i told you my phone died her: no u didnt me: yes i did (then she video called me and i was frustrated, so i guess i did yell at her, but she started cussing me out in front of my mom) then she IMed me again, her: i asked u for a favor cause i thought u were my friend! how does that deserve u yelling at me? oh cause i asked u for a favor and u yell at me? that seems right to u? wtf is wrong with u oh so i do a **** load of favors for u even though it bothers me and then u yell at me her: it is a ******* favor u need to yell at me for that? its a ******* draft! ur such a ***** all u think about is urself i do all this **** for u and u yell at me when i just ask u for a ******* favor wtf has gotten into u im always here for u and then u just yell at me when its a bother for u ur a ******* ***** that is self centered and only cares about urself u never think about others ur a selfish pathetic ***** me: and you're a damn idiot you had all ******* weekend for this her: yeah im an idiot cause my mom works all day today and thats why i celebrated yesterday its a ******* draft not essay me: and now that is due tomorrow, you expect me to drop everything to help you yeah yesterday was mothers day for you, so what? you had thursday and friday to do it you had time to talk to me, so im sure you had time for your essay her: the draft doesnt even count for points and i just wanted to watch the movie so i can refresh my "dumb" brain uh no u dont need to drop anything and is it my work or your work? if i want to do it today whos fault is that? mine so why are u hounding me? is it ur draft? Anyways, i hope i can get some advice about this. She's always picking fights with me, and honestly, i'm getting tired of it.

  Wow, i read almost the whole conversation, although you were wrong to yell at her it's entirely her fault for not doing the draft of the essay, she is responsible for it. It sounds to me as though she never intended to have wanted to do favours for you and had to 'put up' with you instead. Honestly, i think shes making a ridiculous deal over an essay, at worst she can just think up of an excuse to the teacher and then send the draft the next day to make up for it, but feel apologetic. I suggest talking to her another time, how you do want to help her but she can't always rely on others (particularly you), if you really feel that this friendship is going nowhere. You have a choice to end it, but only do so as a last resort. ^^ Hope things get better between the two of you, even if it is going to take some time.
