What is the format of a first job resume?

• I was just wondering because I will be able to work in a year, and have no clue whether the possible employers will give me a resume to fill out, and if so or if not what the final format will look like when I turn it in. Also, what would I put on it? Please include EVERYTHING you possibly can that will help me.. Thanks!
