I have these 3 majors i get to choose from for uni next year. I'm really lost. I wanted software development, does any one of the above consist of that? what should i major in that would get me a decent job/pay? please elaborate

Answer:
Computer science encompasses software development. Information systems "may" but I'd ask your advisor. The information systems program at my university does a lot of programming but lacks many higher level math courses that computer science requires. Computer engineering deals mostly with the design and development of actual computer components and low-level programming.
