Should/what and how much should I train my strenght next to soccer practice?

I have been going to soccer practice 4 months now, the last 2 months we haven't done any strenght exercises at practice at all (we used to do at practice), it's 3 times a week for 1,5h. We only train legs now and how to play there, but my problem is that i'm not doing any strenght exercises at all. Should I? How much? I have been sick at home for a week, I haven't done nothing, I feel so weak and it probably also becomes because of me being lazy. What should I do to keep my fitness?
