My dentist must make alot, because every Christmas, he closes his office for two weeks and takes his staff and their families on a tropical vacation for a week. Plus, he and his wife travel quite a bit. And, he owns a beautiful home. Lots of toys, and just remodeled an older home for his daughter.

you need 4 years of undergrad and then another 4 years of dental school. No required major, but most are biology or biochemistry. You should take as many math and science courses as you can.
