What is the best sims game for PC?

What is wrong with my Sims 3 PC game!?

• Almost every time I give birth on Sims 3, the baby is born invisible but with a long brown pole sticking out of it, which is annoying because I can't feed it! When the baby grows up into a toddler, the toddler is wearing an adult woman's shirt which stretches the arms and legs and make the baby really deformed with massive gangly arms and strange fingers. I downloaded LOADS of different sims off the exchange so I think one of the sims has a top which all ages can wear - but doesn't fit properly. I have no way of knowing which downloaded sim has caused this - what do I do?

  Go to your launcher and click on the Installed Content tab. You're gonna have to scroll through all of your installed content to find it, but it sounds like the glitchy custom content you have is called Shymoo. Once you find it, check it and click uninstall. I'd go through all of the installed content as well because there can be multiple shymoos or other bad CC. http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/234888.page (click on the links under "the following are kinds of bad cc:" and it'll show you Shymoo and other kinds that mess up the Sims on your game. Though I'm pretty sure the one you're talking about is shymoo because I've had it before). There's no way to stop it from coming back, so it'll probably come back every now and then after you get more Sims, but you'll just have to uninstall it again.
