What is the proper foot position while running and are there any exercises that can help me run faster?

    Proper form when running is landing on the ball of your foot, you should not put to much pressure on your heel, and you should always lean forward slightly with your ankles, and drive your knees forward, this alone will make you faster by making you more of an efficient runner.
