How do I regulate my cycle?

How long will it take for my menstrual cycle to regulate?

• I am 15 and I got my first period in January. I still have not had one since. I do experience cramps, tenderness in my breasts, cravings, mood swings, increased discharge, etc. occasionally, probably about once a month, but I never actually bleed. It has been about four months and i'm starting to get concerned. How long will it take for my periods to regulate? What can I do/take to make my period come and regulate so it is at least every month or two? I would rather not go to the doctor and have something prescribed. I would much rather have a natural, herbal, or homeopathic supplement that I can buy at a health food store or something. My mom would definitely buy me something like that because she is into alternative remedies and supplements, but she wouldn't be willing to get me a prescription. It doesn't have to be a supplement either. I am open to any suggestions. Thanks!!!

  It took me about eight months for mine to regulate, I started mine last January. It started regulating naturally, don't worry.
