Minecraft: Help me with the skins?

So, Not to long ago I downloaded minecraft for free, Didn't really pay....just found a download online for free and thought maybe this would work. I've been playing multiplayer for a while & im a girl. I have the STEVE skin. I need help on how to change my minecraft skin for free. I tried once but it said I had to purchase the game, but I didn't. I have Minecraft just didn't really buy it. Is there any way I could find a Cracked skin upload... whatever you call it for my character. Oh and yes im a non-premiuim user, Please help, Thanks (:

I have cracked to. Changing your skin has something to do with the mine craft.jar file, i am assuming you know were that is. I have tried changing char.png in mob file, (under mine craft.jar) but that makes everyone look like me, and to others i still look like steve. Perhaps you may find it by searching ofor .png in your .minecraft folder.

you have to buy the game. you can't change it if you have a cracked version. and i think most players will ridicule you for being a girl, my skin is a girl.. with short hair.
