Why won't my laptop shutdown?

Why does my new laptop have to force shutdown?

• sir my i have laptop of hp-430, whenever i go to shut down it say forced shut down and it say some program is still running at the background but i coudnt find any running program . please help how can i prevent this problem

  I always have that message. It doesn't seem to be a problem, and nothing ever changes the normal shut down if it is "forced". the only shut down that is bad for your computer is holding down the power button until it is off (the only time that's done is when your computer freezes) i think there are programs that are still running but not that you have opened that aren't on your dock. because you know sometimes when you hit ctrl+alt+delete and go to task manager? under processes it says that there are programs still running. That's my opinion, I don't know how much more I can help you. But it's not a huge problem, and won't damage your computer (not that i know of)
