Should I dress professionally or casually for my passport photo?

Can a professional Photo store take a passport picture as long as i give them the measurement i want?

• Hi, i want to know if a professional local photo shop is able to take a passport picture, i have to get a new Canadian Passport this year and in the Canadian passport papers it specifically states that i can not get my picture taken by one of those passport machines because they print the wrong size. i dont want to have to go all the way down to London just to find some special shop that can do this for me.. since i'm not familiar with London, i live 2-3 hours away from there. it also says that they need to write there company name on it and stamp the date and write address on the back of the picture. if a local photo place cant do it, its going to be a pain in the *** ,because i'll be forced to wonder around London and i'll probably get lost, all because the Canadian embassy wants the photo to be perfect. i'm scared if i don't get it just write they wont grant me another passport. anyone know how strict they are about the pictures? measurements: 50 mm wide X 70 mm high sized so the height of the face measures between 31 mm (1 1/4 inches) and 36 mm (1 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of head (natural top of head). must have a white or light colored background.

  Yes, any professional photo shop can take your passport photograph. Just print out the requirements and present them to the photo shop.
