What should I study about cell phones if I want to work at a place like Verizon or Sprint?
-
I have a passion for phones and I really want to make this my career. In fact I plan on taking college courses in the fall for this! Perhaps computer science, marketing, technology, or networking. I'm not sure yet but I love Verizon and I want to work there. I have an interview with Sprint next week for a Rep-Retail Sales Associate. What should I know before going there? Obviously they have training but what basics should I study. I'm only 18 with a high school diploma. I don't know a ton about phones though I'm very willing/interested to learn. What's your best bet for me? Thanks in advance!
