Who knows how to solve a rubiks cube?

I've done the top green face of my rubiks cube, including the cross and corners. I've also done the first two rows, except for this one stubborn cube. The yellow and red edge piece is "flipped around" so that the yellow edge is on the red row, and red edge is on the yellow row. Does anybody know how to fix this? Maybe some sort of algorithm? And by the way, my cube was finished before I started so I know that it is solve able.
Answer:

The best way to solve it is to make all of the correct turns required until all the same colors line up on each side.

Well, i use my rubiks cube when i am under stress. it calms me down, just twist turn, twist, turn, youll get it, dont worry.

Me, just keep twisting. To twist the middle, twist the sides first and when there sticking out then move the middle.
