Can I bleach my hair when it's wet?

How and when can I bleach my hair without it falling out?

• Just two days ago my hair was beautifully blonde. I went into the salon to have the roots just darkened slightly and now my hair is DARK BROWN. I would just bleach it now but the other thing is, it's damaged. In some sections the hair is extremely brittle and the endsare splitting even though it was just cut! I can't handle any more breakage as my hair is already short and hits just above my shoulders. I haven't been out in public because I look like Anne Frank! I don't to was it everyday because it's damaging, but I do, because I want this color GONE!

  wear it in bun or pony tail for about a week, then highlight it (by yourself, not a salon) and just keep doing 4-5 hilights everyday or two in different spots, the brown will start to fade, and it will be easier to hilight, also, if you use any heat tools, use a heat protectent, and also cut of some if the split ends (you can do this by yourself) also use some special spray or conditioner that is made for strenghthening hair.
