What football position should I play in 7th grade football?

How much should a 7th grade football player squat bench and power clea? And what position should I play?

    It depends on a persons size and what he is able to lift without killing/injuring himself... Get with your coach and see what he thinks is advisable for you to be lifting and also to see what options you have as far as a position goes on the football team... Good luck....

You shouldn't be lifting weights until you are in high school at the very least. It will stunt your growth. You should concentrate on running and being in good shape. Speed and endurance are just as important and won't impede physical growth.

In seventh grade you probably shouldn't be lifting at all. Your growth plates are still far to open and you're stunting you growth when you max out.
